Professional Sunshine Coast Newborn Photographer
As a professional newborn photographer I will capture your babies first precious moments. Taken when you baby is just 4 - 15 days old, these sleepy portraits will capture your baby at their tiniest, in curled up poses just like they were in the womb. Its best to book your baby photoshoot around your 20th week of pregnancy to ensure availability.
Baby photoshoots are usually scheduled in the morning for approximately 3 hours to ensure there is enough time to stop and fed or change baby during the photoshoot if necessary. You will be able relax comfortably while I take the photographs. At the end of the session I will take some family photos with baby. These can include parents, sibling & grandparents. Sessions can be done in your own home ( for an extra fee ) or at my studio in Noosa.
Preparing for A Newborn PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION
Professional newborn photoshoots are best taken between 4 - 15 days old, so its best if you book atleast a couple of months before then. I will book you in on an approximate date according to your babies due date. Once baby is born please let me know within a few days so I can schedule an exact date.Most of my newborn photoshoots take place in my studio in Noosa, Sunshine Coast. I also work as a mobile baby photographer & can travel to your home on the Sunshine Coast with my equipment if baby or mother are too unwell to travel. Note there is an extra fee for my mobile newborn photography service.
What happens on the Newborn Photoshoot day?
I try to plan my newborn photoshoots to start in the morning at around 9am. The shoot will take approximately 3 hours. This allows me to work in a relaxed manner, taking my time & ensuring the baby is calm and stays sleepy.
Please make sure you bring anything you may need when usually going out with a baby - spare nappies & wipes, change of clothing and formula or pacifiers if needed. If you would like sibling photos, its best to ensure they have a good night sleep before the photoshoot. I will also take parent photos, so take that into account when choosing what to wear / styling hair. You may like to wear light makeup for the photoshoot.
After your Noosa Newborn PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION
The photographs from your professional Noosa newborn photoshoot will be ready in about 4 weeks. I will contact you to arrange an in person viewing in Noosa so you can pick the photographs you would like to purchase. You can also decide on any wall art or albums you would like. For this reason its a good idea to have a look around your house beforehand to work out which wall you make what to have the photos displayed on. If you are not local to the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, then alternative arrangements can be made.
